Bei anderen Wanderparkplätzen kann man um 2 Euro den ganzen Tag parken.
Parking prices like in the big city.
At other hiking car parks you can park all day for 2 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ein Parkzeitautomat mitten in den Bergen, Freunde, das wars jetzt. ich komm nicht mehr wieder, die Gier mancher Leute ist abstoßend, überall am Wegrand Baumstämme, so daß das Auto ja keinen Platz findet....
6 Euro,damit bin i scho am Hochkönig und wieder zurück...
a parking meter in the middle of the mountains, friends, that's it. I'm not coming back, the greed of some people is repulsive, tree trunks everywhere along the road, so that there is no room for the car ...
6 euros, so I'm on the Hochkönig and back again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tja.... man ist ja drauf angewiesen, wenn man nicht Bike & Hike machen möchte und mit dem Rad von zuhause aus anreisen möchte.... 6 Euro finde ich vergleichsweise teuer...
Well .... you have to rely on it if you don't want to do bike & hike and want to travel by bike from home ... I find 6 euros comparatively expensive ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a compact parking lot at the end of a small road, about as close to the start of the trails in Werfenweng as you can get. No parking lines, and compacted dirt/gravel for the surface. It's a decent lot, the only real problem is people keep parking here past when it's comfortably full and it can make exiting more difficult than it should be. I can't exactly remember the hourly rate, but usually comes about to about €6 when I hike for a few hours. You can pay by cash or card. If you eat the hutte up the trail, you can get half off your parking, but you must bring the parking chip with you for it to be validated.
