Nach 2 Werktagen wurde das Paket einfach entgegen der 10 Tage Frist zurückgeschickt.
Mitarbeiter am Telefon war äußerst unfreundlich und stritt ab, dass das Paket erst 2 Tage bei Ihnen liegt. Was aber so war.
Ich empfehle diesen Hermes Shop absolut nicht!
Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 von 5 Sternen geben. Nie wieder. Es handelt sich um kein Missverständnis wie unten beschrieben!!
I had a package delivered here.
After 2 working days, the package was simply sent back against the 10-day deadline.
The employee on the phone was extremely rude and denied that the package had only been with you for 2 days. But what was so.
I absolutely do not recommend this Hermes shop!
If I could I would give it 0 out of 5 stars. Never again. There is no misunderstanding as described below !!
