Due to miscommunication we checked out too late, after the cleaning lady told us this we told her that we would hurry up and were willing to pay additional cost for the extra hour (checkout was 10:00). After 10 minutes the owner came and got so super angry, i personally never experienced something like this before. Not the way to threat your guests. Again we tried to talk some sense in him, apologized and told that we were willing to pay extra. He charged us € 40 euro extra for 1 hour. When we told him we thought it was a little bit much for 1 hour he threatened to call the police! The other staff was nice actually, the breakfast was not good, if you want scrambled eggs you have to pay 4.50 euro extra. The rooms were not really big, but there is a balcony, i never had really good hot water in the shower. I wouldn't go here anymore.

The room is quite small, cozy and the furniture is not very modern (which I like), it was clean, the bathroom could've been cleaner but it was okay. The Host was quite friendly, he was kind of vague about the prices and the availability of the rooms though. The sauna only 'opens' on request and can only be used from 9-20, which was disappointing. The breakfast, that's where it went wrong and also the reason I can't give it a higher rating. We were 4 and there was not nearly enough food unless you wanted to eat muesli or corn flakes, They are very greedy when it comes to meat and cheese but the quality of the meat was good. The milk was only filled up up to 1/4th of the bottle each time which was barely enough for one person, we had to ask for a refil 3 times. The bacon, bacon and excuses, it was dark, not in like crispy bacon (because I really love crispy bacon) but in like black, far past gone. I asked the host whether or not this was a mistake, the host told me that's how they eat it in Austria, well okay, I guess I had to try his 'Austrian style bacon' so I went on and took a bite, the only thing I tasted was charcoal, literally charcoal. And pls don't even think about not going to Austria because their bacon is bad, the host was just (in a friendly manner) making up very bad excuses for bad bacon. To wrap it up, nice cozy room, friendly host, nice sauna but the foor was just a huge disappointment.
