Habe mit der Empfangsdame telefonisch einen Termin vereinbart für eine Beratung welche mich nicht ordnungsgemäß über kosten aufgeklärt hat. Zuvor war ich bereits in der Ordination und musste für ein Beratungsgespräch nichts bezahlen. Ohne mich daraufhinzuweisen das diesesmal Kosten entstehen bekam ich eine Rechnung. Not recommended! I made an appointment by phone with the receptionist for advice that did not properly explain the costs to me. Before that, I was already in the surgery and did not have to pay anything for a consultation. Without pointing out that this time there are costs, I got an invoice.

Bei dem Tattoo habe ich nach, für die Entfernung, ca. 12! notwendigen Behandlungen eine unübersehbare Pigmentstörung inkl. Tattoorückständen. Die Narben sind auch nach der dritten Behandlung wie vorher nur auffälliger, da sie seit Monaten von einem roten Balken umgeben sind. Viele lange und schmerzhafte Behandlungen/Heilungsprozesse und viel Geld später bin ich mit dem Ergebnis leider nicht zufrieden. Eine Reaktion kam erst als die Bewertung entdeckt wurde, nicht auf die Mail die ich Monate zuvor geschrieben hatte! Very friendly and helpful, but neither tattoo nor scars are gone. At the tattoo I have, for the distance, about 12! necessary treatments an incalculable pigmentation disorder including tattoo residues. The scars are even after the third treatment as before only more conspicuous, since they are surrounded for months by a red bar. Many long and painful treatments / healing processes and a lot of money later I am unfortunately not satisfied with the result. A reaction came only when the review was discovered, not on the mail I had written months before!

Es wurden dann aber 80€ verlangt. Die Beratung fand ich nicht sehr hilfreich, da viel gesagt wurde, das nicht mit der Laserbehandlung zu tun hatte. Im Verhältnis zu den Informationen die wir bekamen fand ich den Preis übertrieben. Darum würde ich persönlich nicht mehr zu diesem Arzt gehen. When making an appointment on the phone, I was told that the consultation would cost a total of 40 € for my girlfriend and me because we were both interested in the same laser treatment. But then 80 € were asked. I didn't find the advice very helpful as a lot was said that had nothing to do with the laser treatment. In relation to the information we received, I thought the price was excessive. That's why I personally wouldn't go to this doctor anymore.
E	Erna Apfel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Besuch bei Frau Dr. Weiss hat sich wirklich gelohnt! Die Anreise mit den Öffis hat bestens funktioniert (ich selbst bin in Wien gestartet). Insgesamt habe ich mich bei Frau Dr. Weiss überaus gut aufgehoben gefühlt - angefangen von der vertraulichen Atmosphäre in den Gesprächen, über die umfangreiche medizinische Aufklärung bis hin zur professionell durchgeführten Behandlung. Auch mit dem Ergebnis der Behandlung bin ich überglücklich! Klare Weiterempfehlung!! The visit to Dr. Weiss was really worth it! The journey by public transport worked very well (I started in Vienna myself). Overall, I looked at Dr. Weiss felt that he was in very good hands - starting with the confidential atmosphere in the discussions, through the extensive medical information, to the professional treatment. I am also overjoyed with the result of the treatment! Clear recommendation!
S	Sandra Rommel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mich seit dem ersten Kontakt am Telefon bei Frau Dr. Weiss super aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Gefühl hat sich beim ersten Termin bestätigt. Frau Dr. Weiss nimmt einem bereits beim Betreten ihrer Praxis jegliche Angst, oder Zweifel. Es gab vor der ersten Behandlung eine umfangreiche medizinische Aufklärung und Frau Dr. Weiss beantwortet jegliche Frage sehr genau. Sie führt die Behandlung äußerst professionell durch und man merkt, dass Frau Dr. Weiss ihren Job mit Leidenschaft ausführt – auch während der Behandlung beantwortet Frau Dr. Weiss Fragen, oder erklärt was sie als nächstes macht. Zum Ergebnis kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, da ich noch in Behandlung bin und erst zweimal dort war. Die Praxis hilft auch bei Parkproblemen und fährt notfalls das Auto aus der Tiefgarage (wenn man versehentlich in die Tiefgarage fährt –bitte NICHT dort runter fahren). Hier nochmals ein großes Danke und Lob an Herrn Dr. Weiss: Ich wäre nie im Leben ohne Sachschaden die Auffahrt wieder hochgekommen. Fazit: Super Praxis! Klare Weiterempfehlung!! Since the first contact on the phone with Dr. med. Weiss felt great lifted. The feeling was confirmed at the first appointment. Miss Dr. Weiss takes any fear or doubt when entering your practice. There was a comprehensive medical education before the first treatment and Dr. med. Weiss answers every question very precisely. She carries out the treatment extremely professionally and one notices that Dr. med. Weiss performs her job with passion - even during the treatment, Dr. Ing. Ask questions, or explain what she does next. As a result, I can not say much, because I am still in treatment and only twice there. The practice also helps with parking problems and, if necessary, drives the car out of the underground car park (if you accidentally drive into the underground car park, please DO NOT drive down there). Here again a big thank you and praise to Dr. Ing. Weiss: I would never have come up the driveway in life without damage. Conclusion: super practice! Clear recommendation !!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Ordination sehr schön. Der Preis hat mich zuerst schon mal sehr shockiert, aber mir wurde gesagt es wäre der beste Laser am Markt etc und ich beschloss eben in den sauren Apfel zu beißen. Die Behandlung ist äußerst schmerzhaft und ich bin wirklich nicht wehleidig. Nach 2x schmerzhafter Laserbehandlung, dem Verlust von viel Geld und dem Ergebnis gleich null, stornierte ich weitere Termine. Sehr sehr schade, hätte mir wirklich etwas erwartet. The price shocked me a lot at first, but I was told it was the best laser on the market etc and I just decided to bite the bullet. The treatment is extremely painful and I really don't feel sorry. After two painful laser treatments, the loss of a lot of money and the result zero, I canceled further appointments. Very, very unfortunate, I really expected something.
