★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das fast 400 Jahre alte Weinzierlhaus kann als das letzte seiner Art bezeichnet werden. Glücklicherweise vorm Verfall gerettet, wird es heute touristisch und kulturell genutzt. Einerseits hat es musealen Charakter, denn hier kann man die Bauweise und das Leben der damaligen Zeit authentisch nachvollziehen, andererseits dient das Sandstöckl auch als Raststation mit Selbstbedienung entlang des Kaskögerlwegs. Vorm Haus befinden sich auch noch der Bienenlehrpfad des Bienenzuchtvereins Region Gnas sowie eine Ambrosiusskulptur. Führungen werden nach telefonischer Vereinbarung organisiert!
The almost 400 year old Weinzierlhaus can be described as the last of its kind. Fortunately saved from decay, it is now used for tourism and culture. On the one hand, it has the character of a museum, because here you can authentically understand the construction and life of the time, on the other hand, the Sandstöckl also serves as a self-service rest stop along the Kaskögerlweg. In front of the house there is also the bee educational trail run by the Gnas beekeeping association and an ambrosis sculpture. Guided tours are organized by appointment!
