★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ware kam zwar an, der Transport wäre aber anderswo günstiger und schneller gewesen. Fazit: Logistik ok, die Disponentinnen am Telefon sind meist ungehalten und unpersönlich, überflüssige firmeninterne Bürokratie ist Pflicht, ansonsten werden Aufträge nicht angenommen.
The goods arrived, but the transport would have been cheaper and faster elsewhere. Conclusion: logistics ok, the dispatchers on the phone are mostly indignant and impersonal, superfluous in-house bureaucracy is a must, otherwise orders will not be accepted.
