Kleine Speisen erhält man dort auch um sich wieder gestärkt mit dem Rad auf den Weg machen zu können. Small but fine winery. With very good wines. For a little detour by bike, you should take your time. Small dishes are also available there so that you can get back on your way strengthened by bike.

Ein schönes Stück außerhalb von Illmitz, aber jeden Schritt, bzw. Pedaltritt wert! Incredibly romantically situated Heuriger! A paradise for children and adults! Top organic wine between chickens, cats and swallows. A nice piece outside of Illmitz, but worth every step or pedal stroke!

Die Weine und alkoholfreien Getränke sind super. Man sitzt auf einer kleinen überdachten Terrasse oder in der Wiese. Fast keine Autos, obwohl Zufahrt und Parkplätze vorhanden. Super Schmankerl Teller mit Allerlei vom Mangalitza-Schwein. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Is a little hidden on the road between the Höll and Illmitz lookout points at Lake Stinkersee. Family business, small, natural, hospitable, cozy. The wines and soft drinks are great. You sit on a small covered terrace or in the meadow. Almost no cars, although there is access and parking. Super delicacy plate with all kinds of Mangalitza pork. Again any time.

Ökologisch nachhaltiger Wein vom sehr sympathischen und authentischen Weinbauern Rudolf Klein Junior, der sich auch ausgiebig Zeit für ein Gespräch genommen hat. Idyllisch am oberen Ende des Oberen Stinkersees gelegen, ist das Weingut fast ein bisschen zu gut versteckt, aber die Entdeckung freut einem dann umso mehr. Da laufen die Hühner zwischen den Weinstöcke und während man draußen den Wein genießt, kommt Meister Specht vorbei. Unbezahlbar! Da möchte man auf jeden Fall bald wieder hin! Hike 17 kilometers through the national park for the wonderful "Wine from Hell" was definitely worth it. Ecologically sustainable wine from the very personable and authentic winemaker Rudolf Klein Junior, who also took plenty of time to talk. Idyllically located at the upper end of the Obere Stinkersee, the winery is almost a bit too well hidden, but the discovery makes you all the more delighted. The chickens are running between the vines and while you are enjoying the wine outside, Master Specht comes by. Priceless! You definitely want to go back there soon!
