Corona bedingt kam es zur Absage des Events, worauf wir auf 2021 umbuchten. 2021 wurde der Kremser Kulturfrühling erneut abgesagt. Die Hotels durften allerdings am 19.5. wieder öffnen. Leider erfolgte keine Kontaktaufnahme des Hotels, dass wieder geöffnet sei und ob wir vielleicht dennoch kommen wollten. Was aber kam war am 30. Mai eine Zahlungsaufforderung, da wir nicht rechtzeitig stornierten. Die Aufforderung war nicht sonderlich sympathisch formuliert und ein Entgegenkommen seitens der Betreiber auch nicht gewollt. Gott sei Dank gibt es in Krems genügend andere Hotels wo man als Gast geschätzt wird. We had booked the hotel in 2020 as part of the Krems cultural spring. Due to Corona, the event was canceled, after which we rebooked to 2021. In 2021 the Krems culture spring was canceled again. However, the hotels were allowed to close on 19.5. to open again. Unfortunately, the hotel was not contacted to say that it was open again and whether we still wanted to come. But what came on May 30th was a payment request because we didn't cancel in time. The request was not worded particularly sympathetically and a concession on the part of the operator was not intended. Thank goodness there are enough other hotels in Krems where you are valued as a guest.
