Die Brettljause besteht aus sehr sehr gutem Fleisch/Wurst und Aufstrichen, aber es war kein Käse drauf und fast kein Gemüse. Bratlfettn und Verhackert waren überragend, Leberaufstrich und Liptauter gut. Das Brüstl war eher fad und hätte mehr Würzung vertragen. Salate waren gut abgemacht, wobei das Gemüse eher geschmacklos war. Das Brot war etwas mehlig. Das Käsebrot war wieder extrem gut. Wein war okay, für mich persönlich aber zu sauer. Generell gab es extrem lange Wartezeiten. Fast 1 1/2 Stunden, bis das Essen kam. Das Personal war nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht freundlich, wahrscheinlich schwer unterbesetzt. Auch hätten wir uns mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht. The food was partly very good, partly average. The Brettljause consists of very, very good meat / sausage and spreads, but there was no cheese on it and almost no vegetables. Frying fats and minced meat were outstanding, liver spread and liptauter were good. The breast was rather bland and could have used more seasoning. Salads were well arranged, although the vegetables were rather tasteless. The bread was a little floury. The cheese bread was extremely good again. Wine was okay, but too sour for me personally. Generally there were extremely long waiting times. Almost 1 1/2 hours until the food came. The staff wasn't rude, but not friendly either, probably severely understaffed. We would also have liked more attention.

Seit Jahren besuchen wir die Familie Hack-Gebell und können sie aufgrund ihrer liebevollen Art und dem tollen kulinarischen Angebot, welches nicht auf Masse, sondern auf höchste Qualität ausgelegt ist, nur wärmstens empfehlen ? Besonders empfehlenswert ist der gelbe Muskateller sowie das Kübelfleisch. Aber einfach durchkosten. Eigentlich schmeckt alles sehr gut in dieser tollen Atmosphäre. We have been visiting the Hack-Gebell family for years and can only warmly recommend them due to their loving manner and the great culinary offer, which is not geared towards bulk, but the highest quality ? Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommend - ein toller Familienbetrieb! Jause: sehr gut, große Portionen, große Auswahl! Favoriten: Klapotetzradl und Tiramisu! Viele gute Weinsorten vom eigenen Weingut! Zimmer: sehr freundlich und hell, sauber und geräumig! Perfekte Lage für Wanderungen durch Weingärten oder auch Radtouren! Fazit: Einen Besuch kann ich wärmstens empfehlen! Ich bzw. wir haben uns bei jedem Besuch auf Anhieb wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt! Ein großes Kompliment und Dankeschön an das gesamte Team! Perfect for a short vacation, for celebrations but also simply for a pleasant, relaxing afternoon visit! Extremely friendly staff, very accommodating - a great family business! Snack: very good, large portions, large selection! Favorites: Klapotetzradl and tiramisu! Many good types of wine from our own winery! Rooms: very friendly and bright, clean and spacious! Perfect location for hikes through vineyards or bike tours! Conclusion: I can warmly recommend a visit! I or we felt at home and warmly welcomed at every visit!
