T	Thomas Keisler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren bei der Weinverkostung (Wachauer Weinherbst 2021) im Lokal. Wir wurden sehr nett bedient und die Aussicht ist top! Das Lokal kann ich zu 100% empfehlen. Wir haben nun beschlossen auch bei nächster Gelegenheit einmal hier zu übernachten, da das Pool gewaltig aussieht ... We were at the wine tasting (Wachau Wine Autumn 2021) in the restaurant. We were served very nicely and the view is great! I can recommend the restaurant 100%. We have now decided to stay here at the next opportunity, as the pool looks huge ...
R	Romana Haas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten so einen kühlen, unfreundlichen Empfang erlebt, man musste der Chefin alle Infos aus der Nase ziehen, mehr als Zimmer Nr....,da die Stiegen hinauf, Frühstück von 8-10 im Nachbarhaus, kam von ihr nicht, dann hat sie uns noch angeschnauzt ob wir mit dem Auto da vor dem Haus stehen bleiben würden.., mein Mann und ich haben uns beide gleich mal nicht wohl gefühlt, als wir dann in der Wellness Suite nicht die angepriesen runde Badewanne, sondern nur eine etwas breitere normale Badewanne vorfanden, waren wir so richtig enttäuscht. Wir dachten schon, dass wir das falsche Zimmer bekommen hatten, bei der Nachfrage bekamen wir als Antwort, die runde Badewanne gibts nicht in jedem Delux Zimmer, unsere Enttäuschung war riesig. Die Saune ist erst ab 16:00 Uhr geheizt, das Pool lt. Unterlagen den ganzen Tag, war es aber auch nicht, um 15 Uhr war es noch geschlossen, also unser Plan, Wellness das ganze Wochenende war dahin. Natürlich ist das Hotel sehr schön, alles sauber, neu, genug Handtücher, Bademäntel, Infrarotkabine im Zimmer und die Lage ist ein Traum. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen, für den Preis gibt es viel mehr Angebot in anderen Häusern. Seldom experienced such a cool, unfriendly reception, you had to pull all the information out of the boss's nose, more than room no ..., as the stairs up, breakfast from 8-10 in the neighboring house, didn't come from her, then she did snarled at us if we would stop in front of the house with the car .., my husband and I both felt uncomfortable when we didn't get the advertised round bathtub in the wellness suite, but just a slightly wider normal one Found bathtub, we were really disappointed. We thought we had got the wrong room, when we asked we got the answer, the round bathtub is not in every deluxe room, our disappointment was huge. The sauna is only heated from 4:00 p.m., the pool according to documents the whole day, but it wasn't, at 3:00 p.m. it was still closed, so our plan, wellness the whole weekend was over. Of course the hotel is very nice, everything is clean, new, enough towels, bathrobes, infrared cabin in the room and the location is a dream. We won't come again, for the price there is much more on offer in other properties.

z	zacce akerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent rooms and caring staff. Very good wine as well, if you are to fruity and dry ones. Only "weakness" is that they do not have their own kitchen, so you need to find another place for lunch/dinner. Breakfast on the other hand is very good.
