Beautiful tastes, very reasonable.
I've visited this wine cellar many times. The wines are amazing, from sparkling to white and red and you can even get some schnapps. Gruner vertliner, Weisburgunder and muscato ottonel are amongst my favourites, amongst red I loved Zwiegelt and Blauer Portugeeser. Though others are also nice, Rheinreisling, Rose, Merlot, Blauberger... Their sparkling wine became my favourite sparkling and will use it for celebrations. The cellars are at the back of the house and the old cellar has wooden barrels and some very old wines. The new cellar has already metal barrels and that is where the bottling is happening. The vineyards are scattered around the village of Grossmeiseldorf and you can make arrangements to help with the harvest as well.
The winery is family run for several generations and the knowledge they passed on and obtained in schools has shown in really nice wine.
I have once taken the wine to my home for wine tasting with my friends and even those who didn't like red or those who didn't like white wines, they tried them and were impressed and realized they can drink Zimmermann wines without any headache or hangover.
