Der junge neue starke Mann der dieses Lokal vor 8 Monaten übernommen hat ist ein mutiger und talentierter Gastronom. Wechselnde Themen beim Essen werden trotz schwieriger Bedingungen beim Equipment in der Küche gut gemeistert. Es gibt normalerweise nur eine kleine Karte beim Essen, aber das was auf den Teller kommt ist bodenständig und gut.Die Weinkarte ist gut sortiert und der junge Mann strebt nach vorne. Wir müssen allerdings Geduld haben und eine Chance geben. Die Gastfreundschaft ist allerdings heute schon unschlagbar. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung ??? The beginning is made. After a change of ownership, this restaurant has made a significant leap forward after a very good past. The young new strong man who took over this restaurant 8 months ago is a brave and talented restaurateur. Changing topics in the food are mastered well despite difficult conditions in the kitchen equipment. There is usually only a small menu when eating, but what comes to the plate is down to earth and good. The wine list is well stocked and the young man strives forward. However, we have to be patient and give a chance. The hospitality is, however, already unbeatable today. For me a clear recommendation ???
