Bei der Veranstaltung hatte ich kurz vor Beginn eigentlich nur fragen wollen,ob man eine übrig gebliebene Karte von mir noch versuchen könnte, an der Kassa zu verkaufen. (Ich hatte wirklich höflich gefragt). Sowohl die Seniorchefin als auch die Chefin antworteten unhöflich und unprofessionell. Eigentlich hätte mir ein höfliches "Nein, tut mir leid" gereicht und ich hätte die Karte in den Papierkorb geworfen. Schade, jetzt gibt es eine schlechte Bewertung und ich kaufe meine Karten nächstes Mal wieder wo anders.
Everything was fine with advance booking and advice on ticket sales and everyone was friendly. Shortly before the event at the event, I just wanted to ask whether someone could still try to sell a leftover card from me at the cash desk. (I had asked really politely). Both the senior boss and the boss replied rude and unprofessional. Actually, a polite "No, I'm sorry" would have been enough and I would have thrown the card in the trash. It's a shame, there is now a bad rating and I'll buy my tickets somewhere else next time.
