Tried by phone to get information whether a writing instrument is in stock. I was bandaged unfriendly several times and showed no real interest. In the end I was advised to ask via email.

Es ist zu hoffen, dass möglichst viele Kunden hier einkaufen und so der Fortbestand noch für viele Jahre gesichert ist.
One of the last few specialty shops in downtown Vienna that do not belong to any international chain. Only such businesses distinguish Vienna from other metropolises. It is to be hoped that as many customers as possible will shop here and that the continued existence will be secured for many years to come.
