Als Liefertermin wurde mir Anfang November zugesagt. Anfang Dezember habe ich reklamiert und erfahren, daß die für mich reservierten Fleckerln inzwischen für einen anderen Kunden verwendet wurden. Informiert wurde ich nicht und es gab auch keine Entschuldigung! Eine äußerst unseriöse Geschäftsgebarung! Unfortunately, I have not had any positive experiences with this company. In September d. J. I ordered a fleckerl carpet. I was promised the beginning of November as the delivery date. At the beginning of December I made a complaint and found out that the pastries reserved for me had meanwhile been used for another customer. I was not informed and there was no excuse! An extremely dubious business conduct!

Für uns werden 2 Teppiche nach Maß angefertigt wovon ein Teppich eine etwas ungewöhnliche Form hat (für die Küche im Wohnmobil), für die Weberei Strunz kein Problem ? Very friendly service, competent advice and very nice products. For us, 2 carpets are made to measure, one of which has a somewhat unusual shape (for the kitchen in the mobile home), no problem for the Strunz weaving mill ?

Ordered as a present for my mother and implemented very lovingly and beautifully. The owner, Ms. Strunz, takes care of every customer request. I am enthusiastic and can warmly recommend the Strunz weaving mill to anyone who values quality and craftsmanship.
