★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Ergebnis (Das Wachs das verwendet wird muss top Qualität sein, sonst bekommt man so ein gutes Ergebnis nicht hin!), so gut wie schmerzfrei und top Betreuung! War mit Abstand die beste Behandlung die ich je hatte und ich lebe in Berlin und war dort sicher schon in 5 unterschiedlichen Studios. Mit meiner Kosmetikerin Anna hab ich mich super verstanden. Danke für den tollen Service!
 Great result (the wax used must be top quality, otherwise you won't get such a good result!), Almost painless and top care! Was by far the best treatment I have ever had and I live in Berlin and have been there in 5 different studios. I got on really well with my beautician Anna. Thanks for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr tolles Konzept. Man kann hier von Haareschneiden, Waxing, Gesichtspflege über Fußpflege alles in einem Haus haben. Buchen kann man die Termine auch online. Hatte bis dato immer sehr nette Damen. Einrichtung modern.
Very great concept. You can have everything from haircutting, waxing, facial care and foot care in one house. You can also book the appointments online. Always had very nice ladies up to now. Modern furnishings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst and rudest place to go in Salzburg. The man at reception is extremely rude and should be fired for how he treats customers. I just showed up for my appointment which was booked online only to be told that the booking was made for 2 days earlier at the same time. After I apologised profusely & asked if they could fit me in he rudely barked "no" and that he was going to charge me 50% of the booking like I had done it on purpose. I explained it was human error - why would I show up to an appointment 2 days later on purpose? He told me he "didn't care" & although I'm a repeat customer preferred that customer's "Like me" don't go there. Maybe he is racist or maybe he has THE WORST customer service skills known to man, but the are plenty of other places to go in Salzburg - don't waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to get a wax in Salzburg for sure! Staff are super friendly and welcoming (also speak perfect English) and the treatments come at a great price. I have been getting waxed here for over a year and also get my hair cut here too. Very professional, highly recommend.
