Hab meine Ruhe und es ist wunderschön dort.Danke vielmals an das ganze Team in Raabs. A month ago I had Mrs. Iris Sommer (very nice woman) show me an apartment in dro-dorf, and I hit it !!! Have my peace and quiet and it's wonderful there. Many thanks to the whole team in Raabs.

Uns wurde und wird immer geholfen, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, sowohl am Telefon, als auch per mail oder direkt vor Ort. Unkomplizierter Ablauf in allen Dingen. Kein Vergleich zur vorigen Genossenschaft wo man Arroganz und Hochnäsigkeit bis zum Exzess zelebriert hat, und zudem noch weitaus überteuerte Preise hatte, da ist die WAV ein SEGEN für uns gewesen! We can not share the bad experiences in any of these situations. We were and always will be helped, the staff are friendly, both on the phone, as well as by mail or locally. Uncomplicated process in all things. No comparison to the previous cooperative, where arrogance and arrogance have been celebrated to the point of excess, and in addition had far more expensive prices, the WAV was a BLESSING for us!

Auch bei der zweiten Wohnung absolut fähiges Personal vor Ort, am Telefon umgehend gute Auskunft. Dass man immer "die Gewissen" im Haus hat, das wissen wir alle. Dass genau diese "Gewissen" anscheinend nichts anderes zu tun haben, als sich zu beschweren (besonders hier auf Google), das wissen wir jetzt anscheinend auch... Die WAV kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen. Besonders für ältere Personen ein sehr fähiger Vermieter. Über 20 Jahre Erfahrung und kann wirklich nur äußerst wenig aussetzen. So no idea what some write here for a nonsense. We have always been helped. Also in the second apartment absolutely capable staff on site, on the phone immediately good information. We all know that you always have "the conscience" in the house. That these "consciences" seem to have nothing else to do but to complain (especially on Google), we now apparently know ... Z	Zekroxin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In unserem Wohnhaus mit 8 Parteien ärgern sich viele Leute über einen Mieter der extrem laut ist dauernd wird versucht bei der WAV das zu melden das etwas getan wird aber bisher nix geschehen. In our residential building with 8 parties, many people are annoyed about a tenant who is extremely loud and the WAV is constantly trying to report that something is being done but nothing has happened so far.

An der Instandhaltung der Wohnungen bzw. r Stiegenhäuser wird anscheinend nicht gerne Geld ausgegeben. Bei Regenwetter steht das Stiegenhaus unter Wasser, das Wasser rinnt entlang den Mauern durch den Stromkreislauf runter. Kurzschlussgefahr. Bereitsvormonaten Fotos und email geschickt. Scheint unwichtig zu sein. Dann kommt natürlich dieextrem lange Kündigungsfrist. Als Übergang ok abernichts duf Dauer. Unfriendly caretakers, dogs are allowed but not really welcome. It doesn't matter what the residents think, the only thing that matters is the money. Apparently, money is not spent on the maintenance of the apartments or the staircases. In rainy weather the stairwell is under water, the water runs down the walls through the electrical circuit. Risk of short circuit. Photos and email already sent months ago. Seems to be unimportant. Then of course there is the extremely long notice period. As a transition ok but nothing for duration.
