Great shopping experience. The mills give me a lot of pleasure and look good too. By the way, the mills look better in real than in the pictures!

Endlich eine Mühle die meinem liebsten Gewürz gerecht wird und mich mit ihrer Leistung den umständlichen Mörser nicht mehr vermissen lässt. In dieser Manufaktur entstehen erstklassige Produkte die ihr Geld wert sind, vielen Dank Herr Kreuz! I enjoy my WauWau pepper mills every day. Finally a grinder that does justice to my favorite spice and with its performance I no longer miss the cumbersome mortar. In this manufactory, first-class products are created that are worth their money, thank you very much, Mr. Kreuz!

Tja long story short: es ist der 21.12.2020 und noch immer habe ich weder die Mühlen, noch eine Rückmeldung auf diverse Mails und Anrufe...(abgehoben wurde 1 mal mit der Vertröstung, dass man sicher keine Bestellung vergesse und es bald gesendet wird...) Weder Sendeverfolgungsnummer noch Rückmeldung über aktuellen Status der Bestellung sind für mich abrufbar... Sehr schade, da soetwas jegliche Freude am Produkt und auch an dem Shop total vermiest... Sollte das Geschenk nicht ankommen wird es hierbei sicher keine Wiederholung für jegliche Käufe geben.. Sollte das Produkt dennoch ankommen und ich stehe nicht mit halbleeren Händen da (oder zumindest einmal eine Rückmeldung) wird die Rezession demnach sofort aktualisiert und angepasst werden. aktueller Stand hierbei: Keine Kaufempfehlung auch wenn es tolle und schöne Produkte sind von meiner Seite aus beste grüße vielleicht ändert diese Rezession ja etwas für die nächsten Kunden mit dem selben Problem I tried to buy chili mills for months to make my father happy for Christmas ... Neither the tracking number nor feedback on the current status of the order are available to me ... It's a shame, because something like that totally spoils any joy in the product and in the shop ... If the gift does not arrive, there will be no repetition for any purchases. If the product arrives anyway and I am not left with half empty hands (or at least one feedback), the recession will be updated and adjusted immediately. Nach einigen Minuten war das gute Stück wieder einsatzbereit. Verrechnet wurde nichts die Mühle wurde mir mit Meersalz befüllt und mit den Worten 'noch viel Freude Damit' übergeben. Und JA ich habe mit meinen 4 WauWau- Mühlen wirklich viel Freude. DANKE Really nice service! My salt mill was not open, but with a few expert grips the responsible part was processed. After a few minutes, the good piece was ready for use again. Nothing was miscalculated the mill was filled with sea salt and with the words 'still much joy' handed over. And yes I really enjoy my 4 WauWau mills. THANK YOU
S	Severin E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die erste Peppers Delight Mühle war komplett schief montiert. Die Ersatzmühle hat ein zu langes Gewinde, sodass sie ständig klappert. Richtig ärgerlich ist auch, dass ich keine Antwort auf meine Email-Anfragen bekomme. Schade. Ich hatte mir qualitativ einfach mehr erhofft für den Preis. The first Peppers Delight mill was mounted completely crooked. The replacement grinder has a thread that is too long so that it rattles constantly. It's also really annoying that I don't get an answer to my email inquiries. Too bad. I was simply hoping for more quality for the price.

Alles funktioniert bestens, kein billig Klumpert, Das gleich wieder kaputt ist! I have been using 2 pepper mills for a year now and can only say: Wowwow or Wauwau. Everything works fine, no cheap clumps that break right away!
