Die Mitarbeiter sind immer hilfsbereit, haben meistens die Sorten probiert und können sehr gut bei der Auswahl helfen! Es gibt meistens eine Sorte zum Probieren im Shop. Seit neuem gibt es auch Teesorten. Man trinkt wirklich viel mehr mit den handlichen Drops. Es gibt natürlich auch diverse Accessoires. Die Punkte für den Einkauf kann man sich per Rechnung gutschreiben lassen, diese kann man auch direkt per Email haben. Super nice employees, great well thought-out product and a very well organized shop. The staff are always helpful, have mostly tried the varieties and are very good at helping with the selection! There is usually one variety to try in the shop. There have also recently been teas. You really drink a lot more with the handy drops. There are of course various accessories. You can have the points for the purchase credited to you by invoice, which you can also have directly by email.

Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit. Und ich kann eine weitere City-Steel mein Eigen nennen. A very nice little shop with really great employees. Und sollte es bei einem Produkt einmal einen Mangel geben, so wird hier immer höchst kulant damit umgegangen. Absolute Empfehlung meinerseits! Have been a Waterdrop customer for a long time and have truly become a fan. The products are of high quality. Not only you waterdrops, but also the accessories such as drinking bottles, drinking glasses, teapots or carafes. And should there ever be a defect in a product, it is always dealt with in the most accommodating manner. Absolute recommendation from me!

Trotzdem wurden wir freundlich von der Mitarbeiterin empfange und beraten. Wir sind dann mit 2 vollen Tüten mit leckeren Drops und schönen Flaschen nach Hause. Vielen lieben Dank an Waterdrop Salzburg Went to the Signature Store Salzburg yesterday. Very short term. It was 2:50pm when we parked and 2:58pm when we got there. Nevertheless, we were warmly welcomed and advised by the staff. We then went home with 2 full bags of delicious drops and nice bottles. Many thanks to Waterdrop Salzburg

Im Store lief sehr angenehme, unaufdringlich Musik die sehr gut zum Ambiente gepasst hat. Komme gabz sicher wieder An absolute dream, I got the Salzburg bottle in a set with 4x Snow. The employee was very nice and let me try two types. The store played very pleasant, unobtrusive music that went very well with the ambience. I'll be back for sure
