★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kurse im Warrior Gym sind sehr abwechslungsreich - man weiß vorher nicht, was einen erwartet, jedesmal wartet eine neue Herausforderung.
Die Übungen werden zu Beginn jedes Workouts gemeinsam durchgegangen, falsche Bewegungsmuster werden korrigiert.
Man wird von Ildi und auch den Workout-Kollegen stets motiviert und an seine Grenzen gebracht :-)
Freu mich immer wieder auf das Training bei Ildi - du machst das super!
The courses in the Warrior Gym are very varied - you don't know beforehand what to expect, each time a new challenge awaits.
The exercises are worked through together at the beginning of each workout, incorrect movement patterns are corrected.
You are always motivated by Ildi and the workout colleagues and pushed to your limits :-)
I'm always looking forward to training with Ildi - you do it great!

Very varied and motivating group training with a great trainer. You are always pushed to your limits, but fun is never neglected. I can only recommend it ?
