Very nice and helpful team. Even if the Packerl are not labeled correctly, the ladies help immediately. Great all-round service!

Nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich ? Too little staff shortly before Christmas. One in the store, one in the postal department. Long line in front of the shop and it was very cold. Not very customer friendly ?

Wenn ich schon reingehen will und sehe, dass sie arbeitet gehe ich oft zurück, wenn ich schon sehe, dass sie arbeitet. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, dass man so unhöflich Kunden gegenüber ist. The staff is nice, except for the boss, since I've known her (I've known her for over 20 years) she is so arrogant and unfriendly. If I want to go in and see that she is working, I often go back when I can see that she is working. I've never seen anything like it, being so rude to customers.

Ich war mal wieder im Warenhaus Gstöttner, wo wir früher immer unser Taschengeld für die schönsten Stifte und lustigsten Spielsachen ausgegeben haben. Das Sortiment hat sich zwar etwas geändert - es gibt aber immer noch alles was man für Schule, Büro etc braucht - cooler Laden und trotz mega vieler Packerln und vieler Postkunden waren alle stets hilfsbereit und gut drauf. Today I had a great childhood memory. I was once again in the Gstöttner department store, where we used to spend our pocket money on the most beautiful pens and funniest toys. The range has changed a bit - but there is still everything you need for school, office, etc. - cool shop and despite a lot of parcels and many postal customers, everyone was always helpful and in a good mood.
D	Daniela Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt worden. Ich war sehr freundlich, aber diese Freundlichkeit kam definitiv nicht zurück. Und dann konnte ich mir noch die Bemerkung anhören "dass bestellen wohl jetzt zum Volkssport geworden ist". (Ich habe 3 Pakete aufgegeben) Finde es eine absolute Frechheit so als Kunde behandelt zu werden - und es geht niemanden etwas an wie viel Pakete man bestellt oder zurück bringt! I have been treated very rude and condescending. I was very friendly, but that friendliness definitely didn't come back. And then I was able to listen to the comment "that ordering has now become a popular sport". (I gave up 3 parcels) Find it an absolute cheek to be treated like that as a customer - and it is nobody's business how many parcels you order or bring back!
