★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fenstereinbau entsprach überhaupt nicht der ÖNorm, obwohl mehrmals zugesichert.
Bei 4 Fenstern und einer Hauseingangstüre geschätzte 40(!) Mängel, belegt durch Sachverständigen. Mehrfache Mängelbehebung erfolglos, beleidigende Kommunikation und vollkommene Uneinsichtigkeit. Alles belegt und dokumentiert.

The installation of windows did not correspond to the ÖNorm at all, although several times guaranteed.
With 4 windows and a house entrance door an estimated 40 (!) Defects, proven by experts. Multiple fixes unsuccessful, offensive communication and complete lack of insight. Everything is documented and documented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Wappel hat mein Haus wieder auf Trapp gebracht! Vielen Dank dafür. Zuerst gab es kurzfristig eine sehr sympathische Beratung, denn wir hatten eigentlich keine Ahnung, wie man die richtigen Fenster für unser Haus auswählt. Als uns dann Herr Wappel auch noch einen guten Preis gemacht hat, haben wir sofort den Auftrag unterschrieben und nach kurzer Lieferzeit konnte ich es fast gar nicht glauben. Herr Wappel hat mit seinem Team alle alten Fenster ausgebaut, die neuen blitzschnell eingebaut und das alles ohne dabei die Fassade aussen, den Innenraum zu beschädigen oder etwas schmutzig zu machen. Bravo, so gute und nette Handwerker findet man echt selten und nochmals vielen Dank!!
Mr. Wappel got my house going again! Thanks a lot for this. At first there was very friendly advice at short notice, because we actually had no idea how to choose the right windows for our house. When Mr. Wappel gave us a good price, we immediately signed the order and after a short delivery time I could hardly believe it. Mr. Wappel and his team removed all the old windows, installed the new ones in a flash, and all of this without damaging the exterior facade, damaging the interior or making anything dirty. Bravo, such good and nice craftsmen are really rare and thank you again!
