Gemäß Angabe dieses "Unternehmens" wäre der Parkpreis 4,- (Einfahrt: 12.01 - geplante Ausfahrt 13.15 Uhr) für etwas mehr als eine Stunde Parkdauer gewesen. Vorgeschrieben wurden mir 5,20 // Obendrein funktionierte mein Gutschein nicht. Das wurde auch von mir direkt beim "Geschäftsführer" vor meiner Ausfahrt telefonisch beanstandet. Dem war das alles so ziemlich ganz und komplett egal :) Ja, meinte er, die Gutscheine (obwohl aktuell!!) funktionieren derzeit halt nicht..... (AHA!!) Sein Kommentar: "Ich könnte und sollte das nächste Mal halt auf der Strasse parken....." Fazit: Diese Garage sieht mich nie mehr! ** Verzeihen Sie mir dass ich das nach Ihrer ausführlichen Antwort nicht mehr viel hinzufüge - ausser: auf die fehlerhafte (Mehr!)-Abrechnung gingen Sie nicht ein (ausführlich von mir dargelegt). Und ich denke die Situation wäre anders verlaufen, wenn Sie höflich und zuvorkommend reagiert hätten. Mein Hirn tickt da schon noch ganz gut. 2 x anzurufen (ich nämlich SIE) und keiner hebt ab - ist -Sie mögen mir verzeihen- ein billiges Argument. Grüsse und das nächste Mal machen Sie es einfach besser. Ich parke ohnehin nicht mehr bei Ihnen, somit............ Ich darf um eine PUNKT in der Sache ersuchen. *** NACHTRAG: Der Tiefgaragenbetreiber hat mittlerweile die Preise im Aushang seiner Tiefgarage sowie auch auf seiner Internetseite seiner Verrechnungsweise angepasst. Neither the billing was correct, nor the action of the boss behind it. According to this "company", the price of the car would have been 4, - (entrance: 12.01 - scheduled departure 13.15) for just over an hour of parking. I was prescribed 5.20 // On top of that, my voucher did not work. This was also objected to by me directly at the "CEO" before my exit by phone. That was all pretty much completely and completely no matter :) Yes, he said, the vouchers (although currently !!) currently do not work ..... (AHA !!) His comment: "I could and should park next time on the street ....." Conclusion: This garage never sees me again! Forgive me for not adding much after your detailed answer - except: you did not go into the erroneous (more!) Billing (set out in detail by me). And I think the situation would have been different if you had responded politely and courteously. My brain is already ticking quite well there. Call twice (I mean YOU) and no one takes off - is - you may forgive me - a cheap argument. Greetings and next time just make it better. I do not park any more with you anyway, so ............ I may ask for a POINT in the matter. ***** ADDENDUM: The underground car park operator has meanwhile adjusted the prices in the billboard of his underground car park as well as on his website.

Ich selbst habe nur positive kompetente Gespräche mit dem Besitzer geführt, war sehr entgegenkommend und auch die Mitarbeiterinnen freundlichst . Bitte bleiben Sie so! Bright, clear and enough space for a large car. I myself only had positive, competent conversations with the owner, was very accommodating and the staff were very friendly. Please stay like this!
