★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Wallner Kapelle" am Rußbachufer, direkt dahinter, nachdem man den Rußbach überquert hat, tut sich eine schöne, typische Weinviertler Landschaft auf die man Durchwandern kann.
Es gibt diverse Wege auf denen man zum Hochleithenwald, ca. drei Kilometer weiter, über die Pillichsdorfer Kellergasse, gelangt.
Neben der Kapelle hat ein ausgesprochener Tierfreund eine nicht ganz so kleine "Tierfarm" rund um sein Haus. Er ist Jäger mit Herz, Seele & Verstand und man kann ihn wirklich und zu Recht einen Tierfreund nennen.
"Wallner Kapelle" on the Rußbachufer, directly behind it, after crossing the Rußbach, there is a beautiful, typical Weinviertel landscape that you can walk through.
There are various ways to get to the Hochleithenwald, approx. Three kilometers further, via Pillichsdorfer Kellergasse.
In addition to the chapel, an outspoken animal lover has a not-so-small "animal farm" around his house. He is a hunter with heart, soul and mind and you can really and rightly call him an animal lover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudolf Hösch schreibt dazu im Buch "Obersdorf - Heimatkundliche Beiträge", dass die Kapelle 1882 von Ferdinand Wallner gestiftet wurde "zum Gelöbnis für völlige Gesundung nach einem gefährlichen Beinbruch bei einer Holzfuhre aus dem Hochleithenwald".
Rudolf Hösch writes in the book "Obersdorf - Heimatkundliche Contributions" that the chapel was donated by Ferdinand Wallner in 1882 "as a pledge for complete recovery after a dangerous broken leg while hauling wood from the Hochleithenwald".
