E	Evelyn Schulz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wallfahrtskirche mit schöner Aussicht. Ich war an einem Montagnachmittag im September 2016 hier. Wir sind mit dem Auto hochgefahren, von der Straße "Schelmberg", welche von/nach Guttaring führt, ist die Kirche ausgeschildert. Es waren kaum Parkmöglichkeiten erkennbar - wir stellten uns mit schlechtem Gewissen kurz auf den Parkplatz des Gasthauses "Lindenwirt", das sich neben der Kirche befindet. Die Kirche selbst ist eine aus meiner laienhaften Sicht gut erhaltene Barockkirche - laut wikipedia "eine der wenigen einheitlich spätbarocken Kirchen in Kärnten". Der Altarbereich war durch ein kunstvoll geschmiedetes Gitter abgeteilt und durch ein Schloss gesichert - ich konnte also nur von weitem auf den Altar schauen. In der Kirche gibt es zu EUR 0,80 Opferkerzen - das Abbrennen selbst mitgebrachter Kerzen ist nicht gestattet. Persönliche Dinge oder Rosenkränze, die Gläubige nach dem Gebet für Angehörige hinterlassen haben - wie ich das aus anderen Wallfahrtskirchen kenne - habe ich keine entdeckt. Von der Anhöhe, auf der die Kirche steht, hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Kärntner Land um Guttaring. Pilgrimage church with a beautiful view. I was here on a Monday afternoon in September 2016. We went up by car, the church is signposted from the street "Schelmberg", which leads from / to Guttaring. There were hardly any parking spaces recognizable - we stood with a guilty conscience for a moment in the parking lot of the "Lindenwirt" inn, which is located next to the church. The church itself is a well-preserved baroque church from my layman's point of view - according to wikipedia "one of the few uniformly late baroque churches in Carinthia". The altar area was separated by an artfully forged grille and secured by a lock - so I could only look at the altar from a distance. There are sacrificial candles in the church for EUR 0.80 - burning of your own candles is not permitted. I have not discovered any personal things or rosaries that believers have left for relatives after prayer - as I know from other pilgrimage churches. From the hill on which the church stands, you have a beautiful view of the Carinthian region around Guttaring.
M	Marcus Faltinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumhafter Ausblick, alte Kirche mit schönem Kirchenschiff. Da Gasthaus daneben ist sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr freundlicher Familienbetrieb mit sehr gutem Essen. Fantastic view, old church with a beautiful nave. Since inn next to it is highly recommended! Very friendly family business with very good food.
E	Ewald Aichern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin des öfteren in Maria Hilf, ein tolles Gasthaus, sehr gute Küche, großer sitzgarten, innen Schöne Reumlichkeiten sehr freundliches Personal speziell die Wirtin.Neben an ein paar Meter oberhalb eine sehr schöne wahlfartskirche, es zahlt sich aus einen Ausflug zu unternehmen auf einen tollen schweinsbraten und als Nachspeise eine gute mehlspeis e oder einem Kaffee. Mein guter Rat, auf nach Maria Hilf. ? ?Es gibt auch die berühmten schaumschnitten. Liebe grüße nach Maria Hilf. Next to a few meters above a very nice Wahlkartskirche, it pays to take a trip to a great roast pork and for dessert a good pastry or a coffee. Na místě je i Pěkná rodinná restaurace kterou jsme nenavštívili ale podle místních má dobrý zvuk Beautiful place of pilgrimage, practically forgotten. The view of the countryside from the church is fantastic. There is also a nice family restaurant on site, which we did not visit but according to the locals has a good sound

Eigentlich gäbe es auch ein gutes Gasthaus, ist aber leider coronabedingt geschlossen. Das landschsftsfenster inspiriert zum Fotografieren Wonderful hike in bright sunshine but icy temperatures to the late baroque pilgrimage church. Magnificent all-round view.
