Der Goldblumenweizen hat einen tollen Geschmack und lässt sich gut als Brot verbacken. Various grain products and chickpeas are of excellent quality. The gold flower wheat has a great taste and can be baked well as bread.

Sogar meine Hefe mache ich selbst (wobei der Start etwas mühsam war, aber das wäre eine andere Geschichte!) Im Internet fand ich die Adresse vom "Koal" und habe ihn sofort angerufen. Das erste Gespräch verlief SEHR sympathisch und so bestellte ich zum Testen diverse Mehle und Getreide. Was muss ich schreiben? Klasse! Der "Koal" ist freindlich, liab und günstig isser aa! ;-) Kann ich definitiv nur empfehlen! Wer gutes Mehl oder Korn sucht (alles Bio, aber in Echt! Nix is mit Besch....) ;-), der soll bzw. MUSS zu ihm gehen. Außerdem finde ich, sollte man solche Kämpfer und Bauern unterstützen! I even make my yeast myself (although it was a bit of a hassle to get started, but that would be another story!) I found the address of the "Koal" on the Internet and called him immediately. The first conversation was VERY personable and so I ordered various flours and cereals to test. What do I have to write? Class! The "Koal" is friendly, cool and cheap eats aa! ;-) I can definitely only recommend it! If you are looking for good flour or grain (everything organic, but real! Nothing is with Besch ...) ;-), you should or MUST go to him. I also think that such fighters and farmers should be supported!
