Ich wurde wirklich wahnsinnig gut beraten und betreut, bin mit dem Ergebnis äußert happy! Meine Stylistin Desiree hat eindeutig Ahnung von dem was sie tut und das gesamte Team ist extrem freundlich, man fühlt sich wie unter Freunden. Ich komme sicher wieder!
I was really well advised and looked after, and I am extremely happy with the result! My stylist Desiree clearly knows what she does and the whole team is extremely friendly, you feel like you are among friends. I will be back for sure!

I've been a customer here for a year - as always, a great short haircut from Christian - a true artist - very professional and so personable - an extremely modern hairdressing salon - also has great products - the best - a clear recommendation for the entire very friendly and nice team - looking forward to the next time ?????

Meine Frau liebt diesen Hairstylist. Sie fährt extra von Niederösterreich hier her. . Keine(r) macht ihre Haare besser! Ich denke, sie wird nie einen anderen Friseur besuchen. Außerdem herrscht dort eine super Atmosphäre!
My wife loves this hairstylist. She drives here especially from Lower Austria. . Nobody does their hair better! I think she will never visit another hairdresser. There is also a great atmosphere there!

Herr Waldhauser scheint sehr nett zu sein, er wurde mir weiterempfohlen, mir wurde gesagt er versteht sein Werk. Der Mitarbeiter, an den ich geraten bin, leider nicht. Meiner Meinung nach ist der Herr absolut ungeeignet im direkten Kundenkontakt. Schon beim Empfang wusste er alles besser , eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre nenne ich etwas anderes. Zu hören wie er zu einer Kollegin sagt, sie hat ja schon 'graue Haare' ist in dieser Art und Weise unprofessionell, aber passt leider zu seinen Umgangsformen. Ich hatte auch das Gefühl dass es im Team nicht sehr rund läuft, kann mich aber auch täuschen. Das Endergebnis überzeugte mich leider nicht, hätte mir aufgrund seiner überheblichen Art und Weise mehr erwartet. Leider verkrault man mit solchen Mitarbeitern Kunden, mich jedenfalls.
Mr. Waldhauser seems to be very nice, he was recommended to me, I was told he understands his work. The employee I was advised to, unfortunately not. In my opinion, the gentleman is absolutely unsuitable for direct customer contact. He already knew everything better at the reception, I call a feel-good atmosphere something else. Hearing him say to a colleague that she already has 'grey hair' is unprofessional in this way, but unfortunately fits his manners. I also had the feeling that things weren't going very smoothly in the team, but I could be wrong. Unfortunately, the end result didn't convince me, I would have expected more due to its arrogant manner. Unfortunately, with employees like that, you screw up customers, at least me.

I called and received an appointment quite fast. (+) On-site right after entering their salon they provided the usage of desinfectant and cloth face mask free of charge fortunately (necessary measures during COVID time). (+) The ambience looks modern, clean and welcoming at first sight. (+) After I got my appointment confirmed I was offered to have a seat. (-) I thought this area was only for the waiting, but I got my hair cut there. Imagine a medium size round coffee table, divided in four section, in which each of these sections provides you a mirror in the front and tiny walls separating the sections themselves. I was a bit confused. Because later on, another customer came and sat right to the next section (not meeting the distance recommended/required during COVID). (-) I must admit that the chair I was sitting was extremely uncomfortable. No option to adapt the seating position, except for the height, but not for the back. It might be comfortable if you want to take a nap, as you can lean back pretty much. So I had to lean forward by myself in order to sit straight in order to face the front mirror properly. (+) The consultation was good. The female hair dresser was very friendly, forthcoming and also professional, as she folded my hair in order to pretend the shortened length for better presentation. She also endorsed me in having bangs, as this was one of my request unsure if they actually fit me again. (+) The process of washing the hair, conditioning them was very nice, there was also a minor massage on the scalp as well. The female hair dresser told me to notify her if the water gets uncomfortable in the temperature. Communication in-between is necessary, in my eyes, which let the customer feel like being a welcomed and cared customer. (+) The hair cut was done nicely and quite fast. (+) Before cutting the bangs, the hair got blow-dried. (-) I told the hair dresser that the air of the blower was far too hot, and my scalp already turned painfully red. I don't know if she was in a hurry or just didn't hear me because of the cloth face mask. (-) What I didn't like when blow-drying the bangs beforehand was the usage of some cream. This is way irritating the final result <- I will get to it later on. (+) I got my bangs cut short, which looked great. (%) Impression of the service: good but too expensive. Paying 2/3 of the original price would be suitable. Before leaving the salon I made a new appointment for a family member for the upcoming week. One day after the haircut: (-) I noticed that the bangs didn't quite suit me. It was the method/way they have been cut. When I tried to move them on one side they didn't give a smooth impression on my forehead which was quite annoying. So they always had to be straight on the front, which is exhausting. Anyway, I need to live with that result and let them grow again. On the day of the appointment for my family member: (-) They didn't find any appointment for our family member - that's what they said first. Then they looked up in their paper calendar and found an "erased" entry. How would you feel right away hearing this statement? Right, disappointed and fed up. They staved us off to come like 20 minutes later, because the hair dresser we booked was already giving service to another customer. Their answer about the "erased" reservation might be honest, but not professional at all. Furthermore, they didn't tell us any plausible reason for the "erased" entry. In the end our family member got the new haircut at a different salon with great results. And for myself, I will not pay any further visit to the Waldhauser salon ever again.
