Die Büros und der Sitzungssaal im Obergeschoss werden von der Waldgenossenschaft verwendet. Im Erdgeschoss sind Büros vermietet.
 The forest cooperative was founded in 1908 and has 151 members. After the announcement that the Raiffeisenbank will close this branch and a new building was already decided, the Raiffeisenbank soon found a buyer for the building. The offices and the boardroom upstairs are used by the Forest Cooperative. On the ground floor offices are rented.
