Notausgang zuerst versperrt; ich habe beim Seiteneingang geklopft weil wir dringend ein Taschentuch brauchten, doch das Klopfen wurde durch unfreundliche Bemerkungen abgestellt. Die Reaktion auf eine versuchte Aussprache war: "Ich schmeiß dich einfach raus".

Rude until the end is no more! Emergency exit first blocked; I knocked on the side door because we urgently needed a handkerchief, but the knocking was stopped by unkind remarks. The reaction to an attempted pronunciation was: "I'll just kick you out".
