Die Mitarbeiter genießen in diesem Unternehmen einen sehr hohen Stellenwert. Neben einer guten Entlohnung wurden mir auch attraktive Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten geboten. Auch der wertschätzende Umgang vom Top-Management ist besonders hervorzuheben. Auf der Baustelle wird auf die Bauausführung und -qualität viel Wert gelegt. Alles in allem ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Unternehmen!
I was hired as a bricklayer by the Wagrain-Bau company at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, despite the difficult circumstances. The employees enjoy a very high priority in this company. In addition to good pay, I was also offered attractive further training opportunities. The appreciative treatment of top management is also particularly noteworthy. On the construction site, great importance is attached to the execution and quality of construction. All in all a really recommendable company!
