★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuschend! Habe insgesamt 4 einfache Holzrahmen aus Spanholz in Auftrag gegeben (Arbeitsaufwand geschätzt weniger als 1 h). Nachdem ich 3 Wochen lang immer wieder hingehalten wurde und Versprechen gemacht wurden, dass meine Rahmen bald fertig seien, bekam ich heute den Anruf, dass diese wieder nicht fertig seien und sie jetzt ohnehin Betriebsurlaub hätten. Zudem sei die Auftragslage derzeit so groß, dass es derzeit nicht gemacht werden kann.
Fazit: als "Kleinkunde" wird man offenbar nicht ernst genommen. Ich werde mir meine Rahmen jetzt selbst basteln.
Very disappointing! I ordered a total of 4 simple wooden frames made of chipboard (estimated workload less than 1 hour). After I was put off again and again for 3 weeks and promises were made that my frames would be ready soon, I got the call today that they were not ready again and that they would now have company vacation anyway. In addition, the order situation is currently so large that it cannot be done at the moment.
Conclusion: as a "small customer" one is obviously not taken seriously. I will now make my frames myself.
