For years it has not been possible, as a paying customer, to buy missing training clothes. Every visit gives me the feeling of being a supplicant. The women present are characterized by their unfriendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe im Online Shop ein Trikot aus der Vorsaison bestellt. Dieses kam schnell und problemlos bei mir an, 1a Qualität, wie ich es von der Marke Macron gewöhnt bin. Einen Artikel habe ich zurückgesendet, dort kam es zu Rückzahlungsverzögerungen, welche durch die aktuelle Corona-Situation und dem daraus entstehenden Personalengpass resultieren. Das Geld wurde aber im Endeffekt zurückgezahlt und darauf kommt es ja bei einer Retour an.
I ordered a jersey from the preseason in the online shop. This arrived quickly and easily, top quality, as I am used to from the Macron brand. I sent an article back, there were delays in repayment, which resulted from the current corona situation and the resulting shortage of personnel. In the end, however, the money was paid back and that is what matters when it comes to a return.
