Konkret in meinem Fall wurde erst sachlich falsch bewertet ohne Grundlage lediglich nach einer Gefühls Einschätzung der zuständigen Dame, in folge wurde eine Rückmeldung versprochen.
Nach dem keine Meldung seitens Gemeindeamt gekommen ist ergriff ich wieder die initiative. Diese verlief jedoch ohne Erfolg nach mehrmaligem telefonieren wurde die zuständige Person nie am Platz vorgefunden oder war verhindert (kommt vor) es wurde jedoch keine Lösung gefunden.
Der Vorfall betrifft spezifisch das Bauamt, nach meiner Einschätzung ist das wissen in diesem Fall auch sehr beschränkt hinsichtlich Baurecht.
In Summe schlechte Erfahrung gemacht!!
The municipal office in Vorchdorf is run with an organizational quality comparable to that of a hobby puzzle association.
Specifically, in my case, the assessment was factually incorrect without any basis, only after an emotional assessment by the lady responsible, and a response was promised as a result.
After no message came from the municipal office, I took the initiative again. However, this was unsuccessful after repeated phone calls, the responsible person was never found at the place or was prevented (happens) but no solution was found.
The incident specifically affects the building authority, in my opinion the knowledge in this case is also very limited with regard to building law.
Overall bad experience!!
