★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe am 16.08. um 19:09 Uhr beim Notruf der FF Bad Hall eine massive Kellerüberschwemmung gemeldet. Die Mitarbeiterin in der LWZ hat den Notruf entgegengenommen und mir Hilfe zugesichert. Ich habe dann vergebens auf das Eintreffen der FF gewartet - es ist kein Einsatzwagen zu meiner Adresse gekommen.
Resumee: Mein Vertrauen in die FF Bad Hall hat stark gelitten, gleichermaßen meine künftige Spendenbereitschaft für diese Organisation.
 I have on 08/16. a massive basement flood was reported to the emergency call of the Bad Hall fire department at 7:09 p.m. The employee in the LWZ answered the emergency call and promised me help. I then waited in vain for the FF to arrive - no emergency vehicle came to my address.
Summary: My trust in the FF Bad Hall has suffered greatly, as has my future willingness to donate to this organization.
