Toni hat immer ein nettes persönliches Wort übrig, gibt schon auch mal eine präzisere Wettervorhersage ab als irgendwelche Apps, und macht ganz besonders feines Essen ! Vielen Dank für vier wunderschöne Tage! It is very warm and familiar, clean and quaint - as one would like from a mountain hut. Toni always has a nice personal word, sometimes gives a more precise weather forecast than any apps, and makes very special food! Thank you for four wonderful days!

Dann wollte sie mich noch um 10 € bereichern wenn man beisolche Lage nicht arbeiten möchte dann sollte man es lassen. Aber ich möchte noch etwas hin zu fügen das Essen ist sehr gut für das Essen gebe ich 4 Sterne für die Kellnerin nur 1 Stern. If I had a restaurant I wouldn't employ the waitress, she's so unfriendly and not at all nice. Then she wanted to enrich me by 10 € if you don't want to work in such a situation then you should leave it. But I would like to add something the food is very good for the food I give 4 stars for the waitress only 1 star.

Stattdessen habe ich Rehbraten mit Kroketten gegessen. War aber auch sehr gut! I wanted to enjoy the pork ribs on my birthday, but unfortunately they were out that day. VERY PAME! Instead, I ate roast venison with croquettes. But it was also very good!
R	Rene Rang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren heute mal wieder in der Volkzheiner Hütte. Sehr freundliche Bedienung vom Chef und der Schwester, Essen für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind war sehr gut. Speck konnten wir auch kaufen. Uns gefällt es dort und wir werden sehr gern wieder dort einkehren. Viele Grüße aus Sachsen- Anhalt und bis zum nächsten Jahr. We were in the Volkzheiner hut again today. Very friendly service from the boss and sister, food for 4 adults and 1 child was very good. We could also buy bacon. We like it there and we will be happy to return there. Greetings from Saxony-Anhalt and see you next year.
P	Patrick Höfler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben mehrere Tage hier verbracht, fast alle Speisen probiert - und durch die Bank, alles großartig. Soviele Produkte sind vom Chef Toni oder Nachbarn selbst gemacht. Ein gemütliches Ambiente, auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und absolut ausreichende Zimmer. Alle Gäste können warm duschen nach den Bergtouren und der Toni hat schnell das leckere Essen parat. Und das beste, Man hat keinen Handy Empfang- wir kommen gerne wieder! We spent several days here, tried almost all of the dishes - and across the board, everything was great. So many products are made by the boss Toni or the neighbors themselves. A cozy atmosphere, easily accessible by car and absolutely sufficient rooms. All guests can take a warm shower after the mountain tour and Toni quickly has the delicious food ready. And best of all, there is no cell phone reception - we'd love to come back!

Servizio ottimo, baita autentica, famiglia super ospitale. Non dimenticate le costine e la grappa di albicocche. A delicious lunch after an enchanting walk in a fabulous valley. Can you have more ?! Apparently yes. Great service, authentic cabin, super hospitable family. Don't forget the spare ribs and apricot brandy.
A	Alexander Schumer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saubere Zimmer, frische Bettwäsche (kein Hüttenschlafsack notwendig - zumindest im 2-Bett Zimmer), Duschmöglichkeiten und gutes Essen. Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Empfang - soll aber nur angemerkt werden für andere Gäste. Ich empfinde offline Tage als Segen (: Clean rooms, fresh bed linen (no sleeping bag necessary - at least in the 2-bed room), shower facilities and good food. The only drawback is the lack of reception - but should only be noted for other guests. I feel offline days as a blessing (:
C	Christl Glauder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Wanderung durchs Winkeltal, waren auch im Winter schon dort....leider war beide Male geschlossen und nach 3 std. Wanderung ist das sehr unangenehm.....aber das scheint ein Osttiroler Problem zu sein....Restaurants und viele Hütten schreiben nicht mal an die Türe, geschweige denn am Weg, wann sie offen haben.....sehr schade... Great hike through the Winkeltal, were already there in winter .... unfortunately both times closed and after 3 hours. Hike is very uncomfortable ..... but that seems to be an East Tyrolean problem .... Restaurants and many huts do not even write on the door, let alone on the way, when they have open ..... very sad. ..
