A	AaronMoisl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur unprofessionell. Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Bausparvertrag, da ich meine Bank gewechselt habe. Es wurde mir dann zuerst einzureden versucht, dass meine neue Bank den Einzug verweigert hätte. Da ich aber das Schreiben mit der Bitte um Änderung und den alten und neuen Bankverbindungen mit hatte, konnte ich klarstellen, dass das nicht der Fall war. Daraufhin haben sei dann nur mehr gesagt, dass sie mir nicht weiterhelfen können, da sie nicht dafür zuständig seien. Trotz leerer Bankfiliale haben sie nicht einmal versucht mir wirklich weiterzuhelfen, sondern nach mehrmaligem Versuch mir den Fehler unterzuschieben, aufgegeben irgendetwas zu tun. Ich wurde nur noch auf den Telefonkundendienst verwiesen. Frechheit! Just unprofessional. I had a problem with my home loan and savings plan because I changed my bank. I was then first tried to convince me that my new bank had refused to move in. But since I had the letter with the request for a change and the old and new bank details with me, I was able to make it clear that this was not the case. Then I only said more that they cannot help me because they are not responsible for it. Despite the empty bank branch, they did not even try to really help me, but after several attempts to blame me for the mistake of giving up doing something. I was only referred to the telephone customer service. Cheek!
