ACHTUNG bei vertraglichen Änderungen!! Man wir immer 2 Jahre gebunden, auch wenn es nur um eine Erhöhung der GIGABYTE geht. Sie sagen dir zwar, dass esVerträge ohne Bindung gäbe zukommen lassen sie dir aber nur diese MIT Bindung. REINE ABZOCKE. Ich empfehle daher einen vertrauenswürdigeren Vertragspartner als RUSSMEDIA bzw. VOLhighspeed! Von den Mitarbeiter bekommt man nur kurze und unausführliche Antworten. Meinungen zu ihrem Unternehmen werden grundsetzlich ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. KUNDENZUFRIEDENHEIT steht an letzter Stelle.
 I have a mobile phone contract with VOLhighspeed. The price-performance ratio is lousy. The internet at home keeps crashing too. Would only advise against it. ATTENTION to contractual changes !! You are always bound for 2 years, even if it is just about increasing the GIGABYTE. They tell you that there are contracts without a commitment, but they only give you this WITH commitment. Pure rip-off. I therefore recommend a more trustworthy contractual partner than RUSSMEDIA or VOLhighspeed! You only get short and inexplicable answers from employees. Opinions about your company are generally ignored and not answered. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION comes last.
