Information "also make custom-made products". When an order was placed, there were suddenly no more custom-made items. No customer service!

Sehen einfach toll aus und es gibt keine Beanstandungen. Im Flur haben wir eine Sonderanfertigung, auch diese Lieferung klappte wie am Schnürchen. Macht weiter so, liebes Voglauer Team. Als nächste Anschaffung steht ein Bad auf dem Plan. We have had our furniture for the living room, dining room and hallway for 4 years now and are still completely excited. Just look great and there are no complaints. We have a special design in the hallway, this delivery also worked like clockwork. Keep it up, dear Voglauer team. The next purchase is a bathroom.

A	Andreas Pietribiasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr endtäuscht von der Qualität der Möbel... es wurde gefräst und alles vertuscht Alle Möbel der Firma Voglauer Linie sind zu vergessen nie wieder diese Marke es wurden ca 45000€ in Sand gesetzt . Leider kann ich niemand diese Firma empfehlen. Schämt euch!!! I am very disappointed by the quality of the furniture ... it was milled and everything covered up. All Voglauer Line furniture must never be forgotten again this brand, about 45,000 € were set aside. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Shame on you!!!
U	Udo Schwarzmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich die Möbel keinesfalls empfehlen, Vermögen bezahlt für badmöbel und die Qualität ist absolut minderwertig. Erst Spiegelschrank geliefert in dem die glasböden 1 cm Wackeln, bei Reklamation wurde dies als Toleranz beschrieben…. Schubladen schief, große Spalte und absolut nicht passgenau. Jetzt nach nichtmal 2,5 Jahren fast schon schrottreif, Schieber lassen sich nur noch mit viel Kraft öffnen und schließen da es überall schleift…. Bei dem Preis hätte man was vernünftiges erwarten können stattdessen hat man minderwertige Ware für total überteuerten preis. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the furniture in any way, fortunes paid for bathroom furniture and the quality is absolutely inferior. First mirror cabinet delivered in which the glass shelves wobble 1 cm, when complaining this was described as a tolerance.... Drawers crooked, large gaps and absolutely not fitting. Now, after not even 2.5 years, almost ready for scrap, sliders can only be opened and closed with a lot of force because it grinds everywhere.... At the price you could have expected something reasonable instead you have inferior goods for a totally overpriced price.
