(Unfreundliches, kaltes Wetter, wegen Corona keine Gastronomie geöffnet). Es hat niemand der Mühe wert gefunden vorher kurz anzurufen, dass der Termin ihrerseits nicht eingehalten werden kann. Immerhin rund 70 km umsonst gefahren. Es wurde auch kein Ersatztermin vorgeschlagen. Wir werden diese Werkstätte nicht mehr besuchen. (Unfriendly, cold weather, no restaurants open due to Corona). Nobody found it worthwhile to call briefly beforehand that the appointment could not be kept on your part.
