Komischerweise wurde ich zu einer Hotline verbunden die mir zugesichert hat, dass ich am selben Tag einen Termin für meine Reparaturen bekomme. Bis zum heutigen Tag hat sich niemand gemeldet. Leider in Kapfenberg die selbe Inkompetenz wie in Liezen!!! I wanted to make an appointment for a §57a review and service on June 2nd. Strangely, I was connected to a hotline that assured me that I would get an appointment for my repairs on the same day. To date, no one has come forward. Unfortunately in Kapfenberg the same incompetence as in Liezen !!!

Lügen über Lügen, so macht man sich keine Kunden! Total cheek, damage is literally concealed when buying a used car, in addition, if you ask for the last DSG service more precisely, you will be brazenly lied to the face "The transmission is maintenance-free", after the reply the statement is repeated and asserted. Lies about lies, that's not how you make customers!

Muss jetzt leider über den Rechtsweg geklärt werden... Traurig das es sowas heute noch gibt und praktiziert wird. Unfortunately repairs are collected, but they were never made ...
