★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlecht beraten. Meinte Schaden übernimmt Versicherung. Reparaturaufwendungen durfte letztendlich der Kunde selbst tragen (dann hätte ich keine Vertragswerkstatt beauftragt). Immer nur vertröstet und meinte bis zuletzt, dass die Versicherung die Kosten übernimmt. Dann kam die erste Mahnung von der Werkstatt - Versicherung hat nichts übernommen.
Nie auch nur 1 einzige Entschuldigung für den Beratungsfehler. Sehr feige!
 Bad advice. My damage is covered by insurance. In the end, the cost of repairs was borne by the customer himself (then I would not have commissioned an authorized workshop). Always just put off and said until the end that the insurance would cover the costs. Then came the first reminder from the workshop - insurance did not cover anything.
Never even 1 single excuse for the advisory error. Very cowardly!
