C	Claudia Ph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute für einen Day Spa dort...Das hab ich vor 2 Jahren geschenkt bekommen und wir haben es erst jetzt geschafft zum einlösen... Na ja könnte echt besser sein..Die Begrüßung war verhalten aber okay die Einweisung kurz und bündig. Bei näherer Betrachtung war es sehr nüchtern eingerichtet, was schade ist, da kann man mehr draus machen, mit ein bisschen Farbe und vielleicht ein paar Grünpflanzen und etwas Deko... Man kommt sich ein bisschen vor wie in einem Stundenhotel nur ohne Bett... Es gibt eine 2 Personen Sauna mit Infrarot, eine Dusche und ein Whirlpool und irgendein Salzluftding... Und draußen vor der Tür einen überteuerten Snackautomat. Im Zimmer selbst leider nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser.. Alles eher ungepflegt und nicht sehr einladend... Schade, war die 1,5 Std Anreise nicht wert... Wir sind auch nach 2 Stunden wieder abgereist. Were there today for a day spa ... I got that as a gift 2 years ago and we have only now managed to redeem it ... Well, it could be really better .. The greeting was restrained but okay, the briefing was short and sweet. On closer inspection it was furnished very soberly, which is a shame, you can make more of it with a little color and maybe a few green plants and some decoration ... You feel a bit like in an hour hotel only without a bed .. There is a 2 person sauna with infrared, a shower and a jacuzzi and some kind of salt air thing ... And an overpriced snack machine outside the door. Unfortunately not even a bottle of water in the room itself. Everything was rather neglected and not very inviting ... It was a shame, the 1.5 hour journey was not worth it ... We left after 2 hours.
W	WR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Tage in Steyr! Sehr schöne, helle und saubere Zimmer, weitläufig, mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Ausstattung technisch ausgezeichnet, sehr einfach zu bedienen, 2 TV, Wlan. Das Essen beim Christkindlwirt exzellent, hohes Niveau, hochwertige Zutaten. Day SPA samt Massage gut, Whirlpool mit Eigenleben. Sehr persönlich geführtes Hotel, nette Betreuung samt Shuttle Dienst. Great days in Steyr! Very nice, bright and clean rooms, spacious, with a small kitchenette. Equipment technically excellent, very easy to use, 2 TVs, WiFi. The food at the Christkindlwirt is excellent, high level, high quality ingredients. Day SPA including massage is good, whirlpool with a life of its own. Very personally run hotel, nice support including shuttle service.
N	Ni Sc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr souveräne und gut gelaunte Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Day Spa hat alles was man braucht. Die Massage war auch sehr entspannend. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung. Very confident and cheerful employees. The room is very big and clean. The food was excellent and the day spa has everything you need. The massage was also very relaxing. A clear recommendation for me.

Rezeption ist nur nachmittags besetzt und die Damen dort sind teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Beim Check-In wird nicht viel erklärt und der Preis für das Day Spa ist viel zu überteuert für den kleinen Raum. Auch in der Bäckerei, wo man frühstücken kann, ist das Personal nicht sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich nicht erwünscht. Room was okay and clean. Ventilation in the bathroom is very bad. Reception is only manned in the afternoon and the ladies there are sometimes very unfriendly. Not much is explained at check-in and the price of the day spa is way too overpriced for the small space. Also in the bakery, where you can have breakfast, the staff is not very friendly. You don't feel wanted.

Heute mussten wir kurzfristig aus Krankheitsgründen absagen und die Rezeption hat sehr professionell reagiert. Obwohl wir erst 2023 in den Genuss des Spa-Packages kommen, ist die Vorfreude noch größer als zuvor. So wünscht man sich eine gästefreundliche Behandlung. Danke! Today we would have been at the Vitushotel after we couldn't arrive twice due to lockdowns. Today we had to cancel at short notice due to illness and the reception reacted very professionally. Although we won't be able to enjoy the spa package until 2023, the anticipation is even greater than before. This is how one wishes for a guest-friendly treatment. Thanks!

Gestern waren wir das zweite Mal dort und ich muss sagen realistisch betrachtet ist es leider nicht so mega. Der Whirlpool ist mehrfach geflickt worden, einzige Lichter sind defekt und teilweise schaltet er sich von selbst aus dem Lock Modus ein und sprudelt herum, während man in der Sauna liegt und niemand angekommen ist. Es ist ein kleiner Raum der einfach mehr Potential haben könnte. Whirlpool ist verkalkt und nicht so super gereinigt. Der Raum selbst teilweise mehr Schein als sein. Plastikrohre unter einem lockeren Waschbecken, diverse Baumängel ersichtlich (ergibt optisch halt kein gutes Bild). Die Dusche verkalkt. Als Liege wäre eine schöne große Doppelliege oder etwas ähnliches empfehlenswert, aber so ist es leider doch zu wenig für fast 90 Euro zu zweit. Essen gibt's keins, dafür einen überteuerten Snack Automat (3,50 Euro für fast alles, Manner Wafferl, Almdudler, Cola, Mineralwasser kosten dasselbe, absolut unverständlich und zu teuer). Für dieses Arrangement ist es dann doch zu teuer und war wohl unser letzter Besuch. We have stayed here twice and loved it the first time. Yesterday we were there for the second time and I have to say, realistically speaking, it's unfortunately not that great. The whirlpool has been patched several times, the only lights are broken and sometimes it turns itself on from lock mode and bubbles around while you are in the sauna and nobody has arrived. It's a small space that could just have more potential. The whirlpool is calcified and not cleaned that well. The room itself sometimes more appearance than reality. Plastic pipes under a loose sink, various construction defects visible (optically doesn't give a good picture). The shower is calcified. A nice large double bed or something similar would be recommended as a bed, but unfortunately it is too little for almost 90 euros for two. There is no food, but an overpriced snack machine (3.50 euros for almost everything, Manner wafers, Almdudler, cola, mineral water cost the same, absolutely incomprehensible and too expensive). For this arrangement it is then too expensive and was probably our last visit.
A	Alois Weinzetl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einmalig schöne und geräumige Zimmer. Ich habe die Suite DeLuxe gebucht und war begeistert. Ein äußerst großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpool Badewanne sowie eine Sauna mit Ofen und Infrarot. Zwei große Fernseher, einer im Wohnzimmer und einer im Schlafzimmer. Die Küche beinhaltet alles was man eben so benötigt, vor allem, was für mich wichtig war, ist ein Kaffeeautomat mit Kapseln vorhanden. Ein großer Balkon mit zwei Liegen und ein kleiner Tisch plus zwei Sesseln laden zum Verweilen ein. Besonders angenehm nach einem Saunagang. Die Betten sind angenehm und ich habe gut geschlafen. Frühstück kann man sich auf's Zimmer servieren lassen, dies geschieht durch die Bäckerei welche sich im Haus befindet, oder man wird durch einen Shuttle Service zum Christkindlwirt chauffiert und wieder zurück gebracht. Der Shuttle Service steht pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit vor der Haustür. Ein königliches Gefühl. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann Vitus Steyr Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Uniquely beautiful and spacious rooms. I booked the Suite DeLuxe and loved it. A very large bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub and a sauna with oven and infrared. Two large TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The kitchen contains everything you need, especially what was important to me, there is a coffee machine with capsules. A large balcony with two loungers and a small table plus two armchairs invite you to linger. Particularly pleasant after a sauna session. The beds are comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast can be served in your room, this is done by the bakery which is in the building, or you can be chauffeured to and from the Christkindlwirt by a shuttle service. The shuttle service is at the front door at the agreed time. A royal feeling. I enjoyed my stay very much and can only recommend Vitus Steyr Hotel.
I	III I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Frechheit wie man hier abgespeist wird. Gutschein gekauft und danach wird einem erzählt das sowieso alles Überbucht ist man bekommt also nichtmehr das wofür man schon gezahlt hat außer man hat 2 Jahre Zeit. Und dann werden einem hier die Wellnesstermine eingeteilt man kann sich nicht aussuchen wann bezahlte Dienstleistungen in Anspruch genommen werden können das entscheidet das Hotel, somit 2 Tage komplett verloren. Danke nie wieder ! Absolute cheek as one is fobbed off here. Voucher bought and then you are told that everything is overbooked anyway, so you no longer get what you have already paid for unless you have 2 years time. And then the wellness appointments are divided here, you can't choose when paid services can be used, the hotel decides, so 2 days are completely lost. Thanks never again!
