Die Behandlungen waren immer zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit, die Räumlichkeiten sind ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, kompetent und sehr bemüht. Jeder der sich etwas Entspannung gönnen möchte sollte einen Besuch im Vitalzentrum erwägen! I can only heartily recommend the vital center in Sierning! The treatments were always to my full satisfaction, the rooms are attractively decorated. The staff are friendly, competent and very hard-working. Anyone who wants to treat themselves to some relaxation should consider a visit to the vital center!

Schon beim reingehen fällt die Freundlichkeit auf und sind auch sehr sehr zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl drin. Super Atmosphäre Einrichtung. Weiter so ich komm ab jetzt nur zu euch wenn ich Erholung brauche. Ich Danke euch Liebes Vitalzentrum Team❤️ Today was the first time in the sauna in the vital center. I go out relaxed and very satisfied. Impressed by the friendly staff. The friendliness is striking as soon as you walk in and are very, very accommodating. You feel very comfortable in it. Wurde von meinem Arzt wegen Massagen hin geschickt. Das Vitalzentrum bietet aber wesentlich mehr und es gibt immer wieder Aktionen zu entdecken. ??? Looks inconspicuous from the outside and is a small wellness temple inside. I can only recommend the vital center and the staff. Sent there by my doctor for massages. But the vitality center offers much more and there are always activities to discover. ???

B	Birgit Großteßner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte vor 3 Wochen eine Wimpernbehandlung, die leider katastrophal war...mir wurden meine eigenen Wimpern ausgerissen, zusammengeklebt, abgebrochen! Meine Augen brannten höllisch, weil mir Kleber in die Augen geronnen ist - ich war ständig am tränen! Diese Woche war ich bei meiner eigentlichen Wimpernfee, die war komplett schockiert, wie meine Wimpern jetzt aussehen...kaputt, stumpf, nicht mehr dicht...sogar Kleberreste fand sie noch auf meinen Augenlidern, die sich von selbst einfach nicht lösten...an der Stelle, wo mir meine Wimpern ausgerissen wurden, habe ich nach wie vor keine! Nach Kontaktierung der Chefin vom Vitalzentrum werde ich nun als Lügnerin hingestellt...Sie ist der Meinung, meine Kritik entspreche nicht der Wahrheit...bin echt sprachlos! Als Führungskraft hat man auch Kritik zu akzeptieren und greift seine Kunden nicht persönlich an! Ich habe Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen auch nicht persönlich angegriffen sondern lediglich deren Arbeit kritisiert...was mein Recht als Kundin ist, wenn ich nicht zufrieden bin! Wie soll ich das Institut positiv bewerten, wenn jede Behandlung, die ich dort machte (Massage - ich war danach grün und blau, Wimpern, Frenchlackierung - war leider auch nicht schön) für mich einfach nicht angenehm war! Bin einfach nur schockiert, wie mit der Meinung der Kunden umgegangen wird und werde dieses Institut sicher nicht mehr besuchen! I had an eyelash treatment 3 weeks ago, which unfortunately was catastrophic ... my own eyelashes were torn out, glued together, broken off! My eyes burned like hell because glue had curdled in my eyes - I was always crying! This week I was at my actual eyelash fairy, she was completely shocked at how my eyelashes look now ... broken, dull, no longer dense ... she even found glue residues on my eyelids, which simply did not come off by themselves .. .in the place where my eyelashes were pulled out, I still don't have any! After contacting the boss of the vitality center, I am now portrayed as a liar ... She is of the opinion that my criticism does not correspond to the truth ... I am really speechless! As a manager, you have to accept criticism and don't attack your customers personally! I didn't attack your employees personally either, I just criticized their work ... which is my right as a customer if I'm not satisfied! How should I rate the institute positively if every treatment I did there (massage - I was green and blue afterwards, eyelashes, French varnish - was unfortunately not nice either) was just not pleasant for me! I am just shocked how the opinion of customers is handled and I will definitely not visit this institute again!
