★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional gemachtes ems Training. Fachlich kompetent wird man über jeden Schritt beraten, und das Training individuell angepasst. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit speziell Christoph der auch bei Ernährung ein sehr gutes Fachwissen hat.
Professional ems training. You will be given professional advice on every step and the training will be individually adapted. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Christoph who also has a very good knowledge of nutrition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin vor mehr als einem Jahr zum Ems durch die Empfehlung von sem Trainer Christoph gekommen und seitdem bin ich geblieben, weil es eine so tolle Ergänzung zum Training ist und alle Muskeln hier angesprochen werden. Ich möchte nicht mehr ohne. Kann dieses Studio nur empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und jedes Training macht Spaß und ist ein Erfolg.
Ich würde jedem empfehlen das Ems Training zu probieren, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen ?
I came to the Ems more than a year ago through the recommendation of his trainer Christoph and since then I have stayed because it is such a great addition to training and all muscles are addressed here. I don't want to go without it anymore. Can only recommend this studio. The staff are all very courteous and every training session is fun and a success.
I would recommend everyone to try the Ems Training, you won't regret it ?

Die unschlagbar große Auswahl an verschiedenen Kursen für jeden Geschmack sowie ein schöner Wellnessbereich mit Dampfbad und Sauna.
Im Vital ➕ gibt's auch eine eigene Physiotherapie.
Das Vital wird exzellent geführt und bleibt für mich das beste Fitnesscenter das ich kenne.
Darum gibt's von mir in allen Bereichen 5 Sterne!!
The Vital ➕ is and remains a fantastic fitness and health center.
The unbeatable large selection of different courses for every taste as well as a beautiful wellness area with steam bath and sauna.
The Vital ➕ also has its own physiotherapy.
The Vital is excellently managed and remains the best fitness center I know.
