Finger weg, außer man will danach alles reparieren / sanieren lassen müssen. Undichte Terrasse (und in der Folge Wasserschaden bei der Nachbarin unten),schief anmontierte Türstocke, null Schallschutz innerhalb der Wohnung und auch das Haus insgesamt sehr hellhörig, etc. etc.
Es wurde gespart und getrickst wo es nur ginge.
1 star because less is not possible.
Hands off, unless you want to have everything repaired / renovated afterwards. Leaky terrace (and subsequent water damage to the neighbor downstairs), crooked door frames, zero soundproofing inside the apartment and the house as a whole is very noisy, etc. etc.
It was saved and cheated wherever possible.
