Es ist anscheinend der gute Ton der Vinzi Shop MitarbeiterInnen, Spenden abgebende Menschen extrem arrogant zu behandeln. Es wird das Gefühl vermittelt, als Bittsteller die Räumlichkeiten zu betreten. Außerdem ist das Meiste scheinbar nicht gut genug für die ehrenwerte Vinzi Gesellschaft. Es wird vieles als nicht passend, zb Winterschuhe im Sommer, und als zu schmutzig angesehen. Und ich bin keiner, der schmutzige, oder nicht intakte Dinge weitergeben möchte. Neu ist allerdings nichts, das ist klar. Natürlich sollte man es auch nicht wagen, etwas anderes außer Kleidung spenden zu wollen. Etwa Geschirr. Auch hier wird man äußerst unfreundlich wieder verabschiedet. Kein "danke, dass Sie an uns gedacht haben, zur Zeit benötigen wir aber nichts", oder ähnliche Worte. Anscheinend wird es von der Vinzi Gemeinschaft bevorzugt, gebrauchte Ware im Müll wieder zu finden, als in Form einer Spende in ihrem Shop. Lang lebe der Gedanke der Nächstenliebe... Meine dringende Empfehlung: Spenden Sie ihre gebrauchten Waren lieber der Caritas mit ihren Carla Shops. The unfriendliness that you encounter here is very adventurous. It is apparently the good tone of Vinzi Shop employees to treat people who donate extremely arrogantly. The feeling is conveyed to enter the premises as a supplicant. In addition, most of it is apparently not good enough for the honorable Vinzi society. Much is considered inappropriate, for example winter shoes in summer, and too dirty. And I'm not one who wants to pass on dirty or intact things. Nothing is new, of course. Of course, you should not dare to donate anything other than clothing. About dishes. Here, too, people say goodbye extremely unfriendly. No "thank you for thinking of us, but we don't need anything at the moment", or similar words. Apparently the Vinzi community prefers to find used goods in the garbage rather than in the form of a donation in their shop. Long live the thought of charity ... My urgent recommendation: Better donate your used goods to Caritas with their Carla shops.
D	Daniela Gabriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Haupt-Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich und ich habe oft beobachtet, wie die Chefin herablassend mit Ausländern umgegangen ist. Das Gewand ist größtenteils in Ordnung aber man muss sehr lange suchen weil es nicht nach Größen geordnet ist. Es riecht etwas mockig. The main staff are very rude and I have often watched the boss condescendingly deal with foreigners. The garment is mostly fine but you have to look for a long time because it is not ordered by size. It smells a bit mocky.

Einzig die angestellten könnten etwas herzlicher sein. Eher distanzierte atmosphäre. Shop is super clean and very well maintained. Nice selection of clothes for men, women and children. Occasionally there are dishes and nippes. Only the employees could be a bit heartier. Rather distant atmosphere.

D	Daniela Klinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute etwas spenden wollen... Der Laden hatte noch geschlossen, man soll nichts vor die Tür legen - soweit klar und auch durchaus verständlich. Da ich eine kleine Tragetasche hatte und extra zum Shop gekommen war, erlaubte ich mir diese doch vor die Tür zu stellen, da ja ohnehin bald aufgeschlossen würde und meine Spende nicht lange dort stehen würde (also nicht am Wochenende, sondern vor Aufschluss!). Das war dennoch ein großer Fehler! Die "Chefin" des Ladens war anscheinend schon da und schrie mir über die ganze Gasse hinterher, auf die Art "was ich mir erlaube"! Man beachte: sie war schon da und hätte die Spende einfach nehmen können. Jemanden zurückzupfeifen und so anzugehen, der etwas spenden möchte habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Ich musste retour und meine Spende wieder mitnehmen...Unsere Familie hat schon oft an den VinziShop gespendet, die Spenden waren oft wie neu, alles sauber und gewaschen, meist wurde man aber so behandelt, als müsste man dankbar sein, überhaupt etwas bringen zu müssen. Das Personal war stets unfreundlich und arrogant - aber uns ging es meist um die Sache und standen drüber... Aber das heute ist wirklich eine Frechheit und wir werden sicher nichts mehr an den VinziShop spenden. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass eine gute Sache so an der Arroganz und Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter leiden muss! Wanted to donate something today... The shop was still closed, you shouldn't put anything in front of the door - that's clear and understandable. Since I had a small carrier bag and had come to the shop especially, I took the liberty of putting it in front of the door, since it would be opened soon anyway and my donation would not be there long (i.e. not at the weekend, but before the door was opened!). That was still a big mistake! The "boss" of the store was apparently already there, yelling at me across the alley in a "I allow myself" kind of way! Note: she was already there and could have just taken the donation. I have never seen someone call back and approach someone who wants to donate something. I had to go back and take my donation back with me... Our family has often donated to the VinziShop, the donations were often like new, everything was clean and washed, but most of the time you were treated as if you should be grateful to bring anything at all have to. The staff was always unfriendly and arrogant - but we were mostly concerned with the matter at hand and stood above it... But today's really cheeky and we will certainly donate no more to the VinziShop. I am very sorry that a good cause has to suffer so much from the arrogance and unfriendliness of the staff!
