Ich musste insgesamt 6x pro-aktiv anrufen um dann zu erfahren, dass es keinen Ersatz gibt für eine relativ teure Weinkiste von 6 Flaschen, wo 5 gekorkt haben (die geöffneten Weinflaschen sollte ich zunächst aufbewahren) Fairerweise muss ich sagen, dass ich die Flaschen bei dem jährlichen "Schnäppchenmarkt" erstanden habe. Ich bin dennoch enttäuscht sowohl über den Mangel an Kulanz, also auch über die Abwicklung der Reklamation. SCHADE! Very disappointing complaint handling. I had to call a total of 6x pro-actively to find out that there was no substitute for a relatively expensive wine box of 6 bottles, where 5 were corked (I should keep the opened wine bottles first) To be fair, I have to say that I included the bottles bought the annual "bargain market". I am still disappointed both about the lack of goodwill, and also about the handling of the complaint. WHAT A SHAME!

Hatte drei Weinflaschen, wo der Wein gekorkt hat. Die Flaschen wurden mir prompt inklusive Lieferung kostenlos ersetzt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. I've been a Vinorama customer for a year now. I'm very satisfied. Reliable delivery. Easy payment by invoice. Large selection. Always great promotions. Had three bottles of wine where the wine corked. The bottles were promptly replaced, including free delivery. I can only recommend.

Telefonisch wurden wir informiert, dass der bestellte Wein nicht vorrätig wäre und wir einen anderen Jahrgang bekämen. Da der Bestand aber nach wie vor geführt wurde, haben wir nochmals dort angerufen. Oh ja, er ist doch vorrätig und wir schicken den gewünschten Jahrgang. Angekommen ist nun aber doch ein anderer Jahrgang. Am 4.11. bestellt und am 16.11. geliefert. Und so könnte ich die Negativreihe noch weiter fortführen. :( Ein Mal und NIE WIEDER !!! Da weiß einfach rechts nicht, was links tut, absolut unorganisiert und planlos. Unfortunately I can only report negative things about Vinorama. We were informed by telephone that the wine we ordered was out of stock and that we were getting a different vintage. Since the inventory was still being managed, we called them again. Oh yes, it is in stock and we will send the desired year. But a different vintage has now arrived. On November 4th ordered and on November 16 delivered. And so I could continue the series of negatives. :( Once and NEVER AGAIN !!! The right simply doesn't know what the left is doing, absolutely disorganized and haphazard.
R	Roman Czubak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder. Ich bin mir selbst Schuld, da ich beim Österreichischen Unternehmen bestellt habe. Nächstes mal Amazon oder was anderes, die zu mindest lügen nicht bei Lieferzeit angaben und wissen wie man Kunden richtig informiert. Geld zu nehmen ist einfach, Auftrag zu erfüllen entsprechend eigenen Angaben anscheinend nicht mehr. Never again. I am to blame for myself because I have ordered from the Austrian company. Next time Amazon or something else that at least did not specify delivery times and know how to properly inform customers. Taking money is easy, according to your own statements, apparently no longer fulfilling the order.

Kreditkarte wurde im Jänner belastet - aber nichts geliefert. 3 Anrufe bei Vinorama - jedes Mal wurde angekündigt dass man sich jetzt kümmert. Aber niemand kümmert sich. Bis heute keine Ware erhalten - "tut leid" Unfortunately not good customer service. Credit card was charged in January - but nothing was delivered. 3 calls to Vinorama - each time it was announced that they would now take care of them. But nobody cares. Until today no goods received - "sorry"
S	Sokrates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann dem Weinhandel nur ein sehr gutes Zeugnis ausstellen. Korrekte Lieferung und kundenfreundlich Abwicklung, wenn etwas nicht passt. Z. B. habe eine Teillieferung nicht erhalten, darauf hat Vinorama nochmals den Versand veranlasst. I can only give the wine trade a very good certificate. Correct delivery and customer-friendly handling if something does not fit. E.g. I did not receive a partial delivery, then Vinorama arranged the shipment again.
J	John Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfassbar, Weine im Wert von über 2000 Euro einfach an eine falsche Anschrift verschickt. Sendungsdaten erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage bekommen ... Unbelievable, wines worth over 2000 euros simply sent to the wrong address. Receive shipment data only after repeated inquiries ...

Well it is Friday 5pm and surely I haven't received anything yet, the office at Vinorama is now closed and no explanation is provided whatsoever. What is even worse is the fact that I called them on Friday 5times and every time they lied that the delivery is on it's way... Even though I haven't even received any confirmation from a local service! Never again
