★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes freundliches Personal,Karten für unterschiedliche Veranstaltungen, einlösen von Gutscheinen geht total unkompliziert. Nur die Öffnungszeiten sind für Vollzeit Beschäftigte etwas zu kurz.
Nice, friendly staff, tickets for different events, redeeming vouchers is totally uncomplicated. Only the opening times are a little too short for full-time employees.

Aja noch etwas zur freundlichkeit...
Ich stand um Punkt 13:30 (reguläre Öffnungszeit) vor der Tür. Kam jedoch nicht hinein da abgeschlossn war, die Dame sah mich im schüttenden Regen stehen wartetet jedoch noch bis 13:33 bis sie mir öffnete.
Mit Bankomat kann man nicht zahlen.

I was at the door at 13:30 (regular opening hours). Came however not in there was completed, the lady saw me standing in the pouring rain but still waiting until 13:33 until she opened me.
With ATM you can not pay.
