Secessione Viennese, fece costruire per sé adiacente alla sua precedente villa. Interessante l'accostamento tra le due costruzioni per vedere l'evolversi del suo pensiero architettonico orientato in questo caso verso le nuove tendenze culturali.
Difficoltà nell'organizzare le visite.

One of the architect Otto Wagner's villas. Private house - not to be visited. The building next door is Wagner's second villa. It houses the museum of Ernst Fuchs, an artist and painter.
