Die Treppen Knarren fürchterlich laut. Im gesamten Haus gab es kein Desinfektionsmittel!!!! Bei einer Beschwerde bekommt man zur Antwort. Die Zimmer sind im Internet abgebildet. Und ich hätte früher buchen sollen. Mein Besenkammerl könnte ich nicht entdecken Das Haupthaus ist superschön. Auch die Zimmer. Allerdings sollte das Personal anders auf Beschwerden reagieren. Vor allen Dingen wenn sie berechtigt sind. Ich bin in der heutigen Zeit anderes gewöhnt. Unfortunately I had a room in the villa. Room 13 is the size of a broom closet. The furniture is ancient. No balcony, no hair dryer. The stairs creak loudly. There was no disinfectant in the whole house !!!! If you have a complaint, you get an answer. The rooms are shown on the Internet. And I should have booked earlier. I couldn't discover my broom closet The main house is super beautiful. The rooms too. However, staff should respond differently to complaints. Especially if you are authorized. I am used to other things these days.

Nicht zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Room absolutely too small. No table, armchair or storage space. Box cannot be closed. No drinks available. Not happy with the accommodation.

Keine Chance am Abend das Zimmer zu verdunkeln- nicht geeignet für Kleinkinder, die es dunkel brauchen. Kein W-Lan. Extra WC im Erdgeschoss. Zwei große Aufenthaltsräume im Erdgeschoss. Kein Lift. Ausblick aus dem Fenster ein Traum: Blick aufs Niederalpl. Schöne große Holzterasse. Zimmertüre knarrt auch. Hallenbad (Appelhof) zuvweit weg, um nur im Bademantel zu gehen. Rooms ok, even if they look old. Unfortunately, the stairs in the stairwell creak very loudly. Room very badly soundproofed. No chance to darken the room in the evening - not suitable for small children who need it dark. No WLAN. Extra toilet on the ground floor. Two large lounges on the ground floor. No elevator. The view from the window is a dream: a view of the Niederalpl. Nice large wooden terrace. Room door creaks too. Indoor swimming pool (Appelhof) too far away to only go in a bathrobe.
